Work Hard. Have Fun. Build Something Great.
ProEase is building a team of hardworking, dependable and motivated people who take pride in doing a great job. From residential properties to large commercial and industrial sites, our team helps customers keep their properties clean, maintained and looking their best throughout the year.
If you like working outdoors, staying active, learning new skills and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, you might be a great fit for ProEase.
Why Work With ProEase?
At ProEase, we believe good people are the foundation of a great company.
We’re looking for team members who show up, work safely, treat customers and their property with respect, and take pride in the finished product. In return, we’re committed to creating a workplace where people can learn, develop their skills and have opportunities to grow.
Our work changes with the seasons, which means no two days have to look exactly the same. One day you might be working at a residential property, while the next could involve a commercial or industrial project.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t necessarily need years of experience to join our team. The right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn can go a long way.
We’re looking for people who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Safety-conscious
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn new skills and equipment
- Comfortable with physical work
- Proud of the work they do
Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction, cleaning, pressure washing, snow removal or similar industries can be an asset, but it’s not everything.
Ready to Join the Team?
Think you’d be a good fit? We’d love to hear from you.
Send us your resume and a little bit about yourself, including your experience, availability and what interests you about working with ProEase.
